Not many teenagers have a solid career plan upon graduating high school, but Kim Stahlheber with Eye Do STL knew what she wanted to do with her future. She graduated a semester early and used her second semester to take some time off. When all her class- mates entered their summer break before college, Kim was already off to beauty school.

It took about a year for Kim to complete her education and receive her certifications. Before long, she purchased her salon, which is now notch + mill SALON in St. Peters, Missouri. Kim was getting a lot of requests to do bridal hair and makeup. Kim described, "Weddings kind of found me. It's been very organic." She booked around ten weddings in her first season and grew a passion for the industry. In 2010, just three years after graduating high school, Kim started Eye Do STL, a bridal focused hair and makeup company. Now she has a team of stylists that can travel just about anywhere.

I used Eye Do STL for my hair and makeup on my wedding day. Before I even met Kim, I found her information online, and I loved their photos. It was clear the team was knowledgeable and experienced. I live out in wine country, and I wanted to get ready close to where we were getting married. I wanted to be comfortable, so having a hair and makeup team come to my home was a no-brainer. The stylist even came to my house for my hair and makeup trial. The services they offer are pretty vast for a hair and makeup company. Kim can also help prepare for your big day with a new cut and color, hair extensions, full-body scrubs, facials, massages, etc. A unique thing Eye Do also provides is a touch-up kit which is perfect for having on hand the day of your event.
